Oven Baked Salmon with Garlic
Fast, flaky salmon with a buttery garlic finish.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Steps
- Heat oven to 200°C.
- Place salmon on a lined tray. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon.
- Scatter garlic, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 10 to 14 minutes depending on thickness.
- Finish with parsley and serve.
