Apple Cinnamon Baked Oats
Warm, cozy baked oats with apples and cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 cups milk (any)
- 1 egg (optional) or 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Steps
- Heat oven to 190°C. Grease a small baking dish.
- Mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and apples.
- Whisk milk, egg (or chia), and syrup. Pour into dish.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes until set.
- Cool 5 minutes and serve.
